Parts Dept's dairy equipment and supplies are warranted by Parts Dept  for one (1) year against defects in materials and workmanship. Parts dept will at its option, repair, replace or refund the purchase price on items which prove to be defective in materials or workmanship during the warrantee period. Labor, transportation and service charges not included.

This warrantee extends only to the original purchaser and may not be transferred. Unless Parts Dept other wise aggress in writing.

This warrantee is in lieu of and takes precedence over all other expressed warrantees, obligations and liabilities. All implied warrantees, including any implied warrantees of fitness for a particular purpose, are hereby disclaimed and excluded. In no event will Part Dept. be liable for incidental or consequential damages or for any delay in warrantee performance due to causes beyond its control.
