warranted by Parts Dept. For one year against defects in materials and
workmanship unless noted on the specific product page. Parts Dept. Will, at
its option, repair, replace or refund the purchase price on items which prove
to be defective in materials or workmanship during the warranty period. Labor,
transportation and service charges are not included. This warranty extends to
the original purchaser only and may not be transferred. Improper installation,
modification, tampering or abuse of parts voids warranty.
This warranty is in lieu of and takes precedence over all other expressed
warranties, obligations and liabilities. All implied warranties, including any
implied warranties of and fitness for a particular purpose, are hereby
disclaimed and excluded. In no event will Parts Dept. Be liable for special,
incidental or consequential damages or for any delay in warranty performance
due to causes beyond its control.
Approved Warranty Returns: Parts Department will ship
replacement parts under guarantee upon being notified of a problem by the
customer. Replacement parts shipped out by Part Department under warranty will
be charged to the customer under regular payment terms (check, Credit Card or
COD.). Upon receipt of defective parts from the customer, Parts Department
will issue credit for those returned goods that are defective.
Returns must have a return authorization. Please call
800-245-8222 to obtain one before making any return. Any return without an
authorization will be denied and returned at your cost.
The customer is responsible for returning defective parts to Parts
Department. When returning parts please include return number, name and
address inside the box .
