The new AJS2000 Ambic JetStream vacuum-operated Teat Spray System is the most advanced device of its kind in the marketplace. Teat disinfection is the best preventive against costly mastitis, and the JetStream is the best way to apply all types of recognized teat spray chemicals. Vacuum-operated JetStream turns itself on or off with the vacuum system, eliminating the need for power switches or electricity. The spray guns are operable when they are needed, simultaneous with milking machines. The new improved JetStream gun is ergonomically designed for comfort and ease of use. It provides a dense circular spray pattern for much better coverage than ordinary spray guns. The gun trigger and valve mechanism are totally encapsulated to keep out dirt and provide extra protection against breakage. The JetStream Power Box has been redesigned, featuring important improvements over the older model ATS400. The high-volume diaphragm pump features "Variable Demand Technology" which maintains even spray volume with up to five guns in use. An adjustable pressure regulator valve makes the JetStream suitable for teat dips of high viscosity. The power unit case features snap-in, snap-out components for ease of servicing and repair. The smooth plastic case is rounded, rugged, and designed for easy installation with a push-in fitting for the vacuum line.

Traditional teat dipping has been proven to reduce incidence of mastitis in dairy herds, and a combination of pre- and post-dipping is the first line of defense against lost productivity and profits.

The New Ambic Power Foamer represents a new era in mastitis control and economy. The simple and durable foaming mechanism creates rich consistent foam which, when applied to the teats, continually wets the teat with fresh active chemical as each foam bubble bursts. This method of application results in more visible coverage, extended teat contact, and reduced chemical usage. In fact, this completely original design can generate teat dip savings of 20% or more when used correctly.

The complete unit consists of three foam applicators (pictured) with retractable, high-memory flexible air coils, a compressed air regulator, approximately 100 ft. of tubing, and fittings. Spare parts and extra applicators sold separately.
